CAVA Teachers Hit the Capitol

Over the past two days, eight of your Organizing Committee members met with representatives and staffers in the offices of 32 state senators and assemblymembers from both sides of the aisle. We spoke about our concerns pertaining to student achievement and teachers being prevented from teaching under our current model and structure. We also addressed issues regarding oversight and recent violations of EERA. We asked for their support in helping us make CAVA a better place to teach and learn.
